At Fueguia 1833, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our artisanal fragrances; however, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the product's integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
